    Walnuts or peanuts or sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup chopped
    Lemon Juice, 3 tablespoons
    Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
    Splenda or sugar, 1 teaspoon
    Green chili, 1 small or 1/2 large, chopped
    Cilantro, fresh, 2 tablespoons chopped

Directions

Whisk together the lemon juice, salt, Splenda or sugar, chili, and cilantro in a bowl. Add carrots and nuts, toss, and serve.
