Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs london broil steak cut into cubes
    1 med onion chopped
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2-1 cup water
    1 TBLSP schezawn chili sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 green bell pepper diced
    1/2 red bell pepper diced
    2 carrots diced
    2 med potatoes peeled and diced

Directions

place beef onion tomatoe sauce water soy sauce chili sauce and bay leaf together in pot bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer covered 40 min add bell peppers potatoes and carrots cook an additional 20-30 min until potatoes and carrots are cooked. taste can add additional schezwan chili sauce if prefer more heat

for added calories serve over rice
