Ingredients

    1 can of diet Rice Pudding
    2 large eggs
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp Honey
    2 cups of white flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 can of diced Peaches in fruit juice
    1 'scoop' of protein powder

Directions

Place rice pudding, and eggs (including the white of one egg) and honey into a large mixing bowl. Mix tog thoroughly. Add flour, baking powder and protein powder. Mix thoroughly. Add peaches and its juice. Mix into batter.
Pour into 8" x 3" and 4" deep loaf tin.
Bake at moderate heat for 45mins
Serves 12 slices.
