Ingredients

    2-3 overripe bananas
    Either 1/2c. sofened butter or margarine or 1/4c. softened butter or margarine and 1/2c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1tsp vanilla extract
    1c. sugar
    1c. flour
    1tsp baking soda
    1/8tsp salt
    1/2c. walnuts

Directions

Set oven to 350 degrees.
Blend butter/sugar together.
Add eggs one at a time then vanilla and beat for 1-2 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture
Stir in softened bananas, nuts and sour cream (optional)
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake for an hour or until done.
