Ingredients

    4 Tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits (Real Bacon)
    500 ml Egg Substitute, Liquid
    3 eggs beaten
    1/2 cup Kraft Classic Melt Four Cheese Shredded cheese
    3 tsp Parmesan cheese
    Garlic Powder or Salt (to taste)
    Black Pepper (to taste)
    Optional Spices to liven it up

Directions

Beat the three eggs, add the egg beaters and spices. pour into Pie Dish (lightly sprayed with cooking spray). Add the bacon bits, and cheeses. move the cheese around to get it into the egg mixture.

Place in the oven with something under the dish so it doesn't leave a mess (you can never be too careful). Cook at 350C for 50 minutes. (Note: It will expand while cooking but let it sit after it comes out of the oven and it will come back down to a normal size. )
