Ingredients

    You will need:
    About a 1/2 cup of blueberries (frozen)
    About 4 or 5 frozen strawberries
    About 10 frozen raspberries
    One whole banana
    2 cups of Very Vanilla Soy Milk

Directions

In a blender, put in 2 cups of Silk Very Vanilla Soy milk, banana, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries and blend until smooth.
