Introduction

This is a shake I mix up to make up for skipping breakfast. Its a little high in calories but gives me plenty of energy at the start of the day and is my biggest meal of the day usually when I drink it This is a shake I mix up to make up for skipping breakfast. Ingredients

    1 small -medium banana
    2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
    3/4 scoop whey protein shake mix ( vanilla flavor)
    3/4 scoop soy protein shake mix ( vanilla flavor)
    2 tsp benefiber clear powder
    4 tbsp lowfat vanilla yogurt
    12-16 oz of either skim milk or soy milk

Directions

Place all items into a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 20-24 oz shake depending on how much milk you add. You can also vary from the banana & peanut butter and add your own fav smoothie fruits. I also use this recipe and add strawberries instead of the peanut butter.
