    1/4 C Green Bell Pepper Cubed
    1/4 C cucumber, peeled and cubed
    2 plum tomatoes-cubed
    1/8 C red onion-cubed
    1/8 C Feta Cheese
    1 tbsp olive oil
    sprinkle of balsamic vinigar

Directions

Cube cucumber, red onion, green pepper and tomato.
Add Feta Cheese.
Sprinkle with olive oil and basimic vinigar.
