Ingredients

    2 large egg white
    2 large egg
    1/2 c cherry tomatoes, halfed
    1/4 c onions, chopped
    2 Tb reduced fat feta cheese
    1 tsp olive oil or garlic infused oil
    Nonstick skillet

Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Add onion until lightly brown; add eggs and stir (scramble). When eggs are just about set, add tomatoes and cheese.
