Introduction

very yummy and easy to make after a day at work. very yummy and easy to make after a day at work.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 chicken breasts - no skin
    2 pounds (32 oz.) raw shrimp
    1/2 large zucchini
    1 cup diced red peppers
    1 cup diced yellow peppers
    1 bottle Kikkoman stirfry sauce
    1 large onion
    1.5 cups mushrooms - sliced/chopped
    1 med. bunch broccoli

Directions

cube all the chicken (1 inch pieces) - cook in non-stick pan
add in onions - once chicken is cooked & onions are softened - remove from pan and keep aside.

Add in all chopped veggies - cook for 5-7 minutes - add in stirfry sauce - cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Once veggies are cooked add in the chicken and onions and mix well - add the shrimp and cook until pink.
