Introduction

The best Chocolate cupcake ever. The best Chocolate cupcake ever.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    flour
    baking soda
    baking powder
    unsweetened cocoa powder
    salt
    butter
    sugar
    eggs
    vanilla extract
    milk
    semi sweet chocolate
    heavy cream
    marshmallow cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cocoa and salt.

In large bowl cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add eggs, one at a time, beating well between each. Then stir in Vanilla. Add dry mixture alternately with the milk. Beat well.

Fill muffin tins w/paper. Bake 15 to 17 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool. Cut out center insert marshmallow cream.

Frost with Ganache, which is Chocolate chips melted on double boiler. Take off heat, whisk in cream. Cool slightly and frost cupcakes.
