Introduction

Quick, healthy and very yummy Broccoli dish Quick, healthy and very yummy Broccoli dish
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Bunch of Fresh Broccoli
    1/2 cup of Hellman's Light Mayo
    3 tsp of Yellow Mustard
    1 cup of Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or Monterrey Jack Cheese)

Directions

Cut up broccoli and place in a round or square glass casserole dish
Put a small layer of water in bottom of dish for steaming
cover with saran wrap
Cook in Microwave for 10 minutes
While Broccoli is cooking make sauce
Mix Mustard and Mayo in a Dish
Once Broccoli is done cooking pour or spoon sauce over broccoli and top with shredded cheese
Place in Microwave for 1 minute or until Cheese is fully melted

Works great with Cauliflower too!
