Ingredients

    1 cup soy milk
    6 oz yogurt
    small banana or 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit
    1/2 cup multigrain cheerios
    1/4 cup ice chips

Directions

Blend ingredients. Add 1/4 cup ice chips to thicken.
If using frozen fruit, do not add ice chips.
