Introduction
I was going to a church dinner and wanted somthing different for a side to take. I changed out all the high fat items for no fat and ended up with a 1.9 gram serving of fat instead of 28 grams of fat. I hope each of you enjoy my changes. It was great. Ingredients

Ziti Pasta, cooked, 16 oz box
*Frozen Spinich, 10 oz box (thawed and drained)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 4 ounces (cubed small)
Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup
Egg white, 3 serving
*Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .50 cup
Directions
Heat oven to 375 and use a 9 X 9 pan. Cook for 25 minutes
Cook pasta without salt or oil drain. Set aside in water to keep hot.
Thaw spinich in microwave, drain and squeeze between paper towels until dry. Place in large bowl. Add cream cheese, stir until melted with hot spinich. Stir in cottage cheese and eggs until well blended.
Drain pasta and add to spinich mixture. Add fat free American cheese. Mix lightly. Spoon into 9 X 9 pan. Sprinkle Parmasean cheese on top and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees until bubbly.
