Introduction

Yummy smoothie and super healthy! Yummy smoothie and super healthy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    It's simple, add:
    2 Cups of Orange juice (or you can use fresh oranges)
    1 Banana
    2 Large carrots shredded (as much as possible)

    Put together in blender and turn on "High" "Puree" Setting.

Directions

Let blend for about a minute or so depending on if you like the pulp or not. Makes 4 cups when all mixed together.
I serve my self half one day and half the next. Enjoy!
