Introduction

Bought these noodles and decided to do something with them. This is the result and it was pretty good and quick to make! Bought these noodles and decided to do something with them. This is the result and it was pretty good and quick to make!

Ingredients

    1 package shirataki tofu noodles - spaghetti shape
    1 cup spaghetti sauce
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Oregano
    basil
    garlic powder

Directions

1. Rinse noodles according to package (Very important to rinse well!!!)
2. In a nonstick pan, saute mushrooms and spinach.
3. Add sauce and noodles, rinsed and well dried,
4. Mix well. Add spices. Mix.
5. Pour into bowls and add Parmesan cheese.
6. Eat.

    This was tasty! I had to use canned spinach though. I also used a bit of diced tomatoes and a spicy spaghetti sauce. - 4/28/11

    I suspect the spinach should have been squeezed dry; the sauce was a little watery. Very tasty, though. Definitely a keeper. - 12/4/09
