    Pizza Crust:

    2 cups whole-wheat flour
    1.5 cups white flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 packet or tbsp active dry yeast
    1.5 cups warm water


    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cups tomato sauce
    seansonings for sauce
    3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


In a LARGE bowl, dissolve the sugar with warm water. Sprinkle yeast on top & let sit 10 minutes until foamy.

Next add salt & olive, then the flours to form to a dough.

On a floured surface knead the dough until smooth then form into a ball.

Place the dough ball in a well oiled large bowl & cover. Let sit for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

Once doubled, knead the dough some more, form into a tight ball, & let it sit on floured surface for another 45 minutes. When expanded, roll the dough out until it can not stretch any further. Now, in the air, pull the dough from the center outwards with your fists until desired size.

Fold the edges in to form a crust if you'd like, add the toppings, then bake for 20 minutes on 450.

A serving is 1 slice, there are 8 slices.
