    8 cups shredded romaine lettuce
    1 cup frozen peas, thawed
    2 medium bell peppers (yellow & orange)
    1 cup halved grape tomatoes
    1/2 cup chopped baby carrots
    1/2 coarsely chopped purple onion
    2 hard boiled eggs and 1 hard boiled egg white
    5 slices turkey bacon - cooked and crumbled
    3/4 cup shredded 2% cheese
    3/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
    3/4 cup reduced fat mayo
    1 pkg Truvia
    2 tsp cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    freshly ground pepper - to taste


Place lettuce in large bowl. Layer peas, bell pepper, carrots, tomatoes, onions, eggs, bacon and cheese. Mix yogurt, mayo, cider vinegar, sweetener, and seasonings together. Carefully spread over salad to cover and seal. Serve room temperature or chilled. Can cover and refrigerate for up to one day.
