Ingredients

    3 16-oz cans red kidney beans, drained
    2 14-1/2-oz cans diced tomatoes
    1 lb ground beef and 1 lb hot ground sausage, browned and drained
    2 medium onions, coursely chopped
    1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
    5 garlic cloves, minced
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    2-1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Makes 10 servings, approx. 1-1/2 to 2 cups each.
1) Combine all ingredients in slow cooker in order listed. Stir once.
2) Cover. Cook on Low 10-12 hours, or High 5-6 hours in Crockpot.
