Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 small 5-6 oz. cans of Tuna in Water, drained
    2 Medium Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
    1 Medium Celery Stalk, finely chopped
    1 T Dill Pickle Relish
    2 T Hellmans Mayo made with Canola Oil
    1/2 t Garlic Saesoning
    2 T minced Onion
    1 T Black Pepper

Directions

Thououghly drain Tuna. Mix ingredients in medium bowl with fork. Chill at least 20 minutes. This recipe makes a drier Tuna Salad but it is low-fat and high in protein. Delicious with whole grain bread or whole reain crackers.
