Ingredients

    Flour, white, 1.25 cup
    Macaroni, enriched, 9 cup elbow shaped
    Kroger Cooked Coctail Shrimp, 5 serving
    Yogurt Greek Plain, .5 serving
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
    Kroger 2% sharp cheese, 3 cup
    Zucchini, 1 medium, peeled and diced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cook the pasta. While it's cooking - in a blender, put yogurt, milk and flour. Blend until warm, add 2 cups cheese, keep blending. Add more milk if needed and spices. (Mrs. Dash and perhaps garlic to taste) Blend till hot (we have a vita-mix...) Drain pasta on top of shrimp to defrost and put in sprayed casserole pan. 9x23 Pour the cheese sauce over the top and stir in. Top with 1 cup cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is well melted. Yummy! Feeds 7.

    This was pretty good, but a little grainy. I think I'm going to halve the flour next time I make it. - 6/19/14
