    ***Organic where possible
    Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1 cup, chopped or diced
    Chicken Broth, 4 cup - homemade best
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup


Mix it all together (less chicken) and bring to a boil
Simmer until carrots are cooked
Add pre-cooked chicken
