Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Thyme, fresh
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
9 tsp Great Value Worcestershire Sauce
40 oz 96/4 Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 tbsp Great Value All Natural Tomato Paste
1 serving Greenwise Honey Whole Wheat Bread
0.3 tsp Better than Boullion Chicken Base (by MANGYCOYOTE)
    1 large Egg white, fresh

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat the olive oil in a medium saute pan. Add the onions, thyme and pepper and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes, until the onions are translucent but not brown. Off the heat, add the Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste. Allow to cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion mixture, bread crumbs, and eggs and mix lightly with a fork. Don't mash or the meatloaf will be dense. Divide the mixture into 18 cupcake baking cups (pan or silicone) . Spread about a half tablespoon of ketchup on the top of each portion. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 155 to 160 degrees F and the meat loaves are cooked through. Serve hot.

Makes 14 (cupcake sized) meatloaves.
