Introduction

Ingredients

    Serves:2
    1/2 Banana, Frozen
    5 Medium Strawberries, Frozen
    5 Ice Cubes
    10 Drops Liquid Stevia
    1 tbsp Walden Farm's Peanut Butter Spread
    1/2 cup nonfat milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until combined and a very smooth consistency.

For a real treat, put in the freezer after blended for about an hour, then blend again before serving.
