Introduction

This is a great way to use leftover roasted chicken, but I have also used packaged cooked chicken in a pinch. But the best is leftovers from a rotisserie chicken. Ingredients

    Kraft miracle whip regular, 4 tbsp
    About 3 chicken breasts
    1 c Celery
    1/2 Medium Apple
    1/2 c Seedless Grapes
    1/2 Medium red Onion

Directions

Cut all ingredients in to about 1/2 inch pieces, cut grapes in half. Add miracle whip and stir. Let sit overnight if you can.

Great as a sandwich or on a piece of lettuce with fruit.

Depending on how much chicken you have, adjust the ingredients to your taste.
