Ingredients

    7 cups Vegetable broth
    2 pinches red pepper flake
    1 cup couscous
    1.5 cups small chopped broccoli
    1.5 cups small chopped cauliflower
    4 sundried tomatoes

Directions

Bring broth, olive oil, and pepper flakes to a boil. Take off of heat and add couscous. After two minutes add broccoli and caulifower. After two more minutes serve in bowls with diced sundried tomatoes on top.
