Ingredients

    1 cup quinoa grain
    1 cup brown wild rice mix
    1 cup wheat berries
    2 cups dried cranberries
    2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions

Pour 1 cup quinoa grain, 1 cup brown wild rice mix, and 1 cup wheat berries into rice cooker. Add 6 cups water and turn on cooker. When cooker is finished, pour quinoa mix into large bowl. Add 2 cups dried cranberries and 2 cups chopped walnuts. Season with balsamic vinegar. Serving size: 1.5 cup. Makes 12 servings.
