    2 lbs Ground Chuck
    4 cans (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes
    2 cans (16 oz) Light Red Kidney Beans, Drained
    2 cans (15.5 oz) Cannellini Beans, Drained
    46 oz Spicy Hot V8 Juice
    1 cup Chopped Onion
    1 cup Copped Bell Pepper, Mixed Colors
    3/4 Chopped Celery
    1/4 cup Dried Parsley
    1/4 cup Dried Chives
    2 Tbl sp Chili Powder
    2 tsp Smoked Paprika
    3 Bay Leaves
    1 Tbl sp Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper to Taste


In a skillet, heat olive oil over med heat. Add onion, bell peppers, celery and bay leaves to the skillet, cover and cook for 10 min at med/low heat. Discard bay leaves and put sauteed vegies into 6 quart crock pot.
Use the same skillet to brown the burger with the smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Drain burger and add to crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients and spices. Cook on low for 4 hours or untill heated thru. Makes 24, one cup servings.
