Ingredients

2/3 C High Fiber Twigs Cereal
1 Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless cut into strips
few shakes of cayenne pepper
few shakes garlic salt
2 T Whole grain mustard
2 T No sugar added Peach jam
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking spray as needed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place sheet pan with rack on top in oven to also preheat.
In a small food processor, blitz the cereal with cayenne, salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
Cut chicken breast into strips, salt lightly, then dredge strips thoroughly in cereal mix.
Spray heated rack in oven place strips down carefully. Spritz tops of chicken strips with cooking spray.
As the chicken cooks mix the mustard and jam together, adding a little warm water to loosen your sauce for dipping later.
15 minutes later flip and check your strips.
When done, dip and enjoy!
Serves two dainty people or one hungry girl.
