Ingredients

4 eggs
3/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup arrowroot flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsps ground flax
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 7 X 3 loaf pan by greasing and then flouring with almond flour. Set aside.
With a mixer or in a small blender blend flax seed with eggs and almond butter. In a bowl, blend the almond flour, arrowroot, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add liquid mix to dry ingredients and blend well. Drop into prepared pan.
Bake 40 to 45 mins until a knife inserted comes out clean. Let cool one hour in the pan and then remove.
Store wrapped in a paper towel in plastic in the fridge.
For variations, fruit and nuts with spices can be added for a sweet bread. I made a date nut loaf using 1 cup chopped dates, a half cup slivered almonds and 2 tsps of cinnamon.
So easy to make and so delicious!
