Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large, sliced
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium, sliced
    sweet raw onion, 1.25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    western family diced tomatoes no salt added, 2 cans
    jenny o lean ground turkey, 16 oz
    *White Rice, medium grain, 1.5 cup
    pepper to taste

Directions

place cabbage in a large pot with enough water to cover, bring to a boil, cook till tender. Cook turkey with the onion and garlic. When cabbage is mostly done, drain most of the water. Add chicken broth and tomatoes and turkey mixture. Stir and bring to a boil again. Add seasoning as desired. Serve with bread.
