.5 cup uncooked brown rice
14 spears asparagus
1 1/3 cup peas
2 cups broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
2 tbs ponzu
6 oz baby carrots (shredded)
Directions
Cook brown rice (and steam any vegetables that aren't already cooked,
