Ingredients

1- 8 oz pkg Sour Cream
1- 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese softened
1- 2 cup pkg shredded cheddar cheese
    Chopped lettuce
    Chopped/diced tomatoes

Mix your cream cheese and sour cream up together well, spread out onto a platter of some sort. Top with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Tastes great alone or with your favorite chip. Is really great on hot days, a cookout, party, or anytime really.

Any of these items can be used in your own amounts really. Just be sure to use the same amount of cream cheese as you do of the sour cream. You can use low fat if you want and you can add any extra veggies or use fruit if you would rather.

This is a recipe you can have tons of fun with. You can literally do anything you want to this one. If any of you try it out either this way or your own way, please let me know. I really want to know your version of it all.

I also make with the taco seasoning. I sometimes add black olives, onion, or evan guacomole to it. - 9/12/07

Hi there! Great recipe. I make this one by adding taco seasoning to the cream cheese/sour cream combo. Goes great with Tostidos or pita bread. - 8/23/07
