Ingredients

    Elk Meat, 16 oz
    93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving
    Onions, raw, .5 large
    *Tomato juice, with salt added, .6 cup
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 2 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Hunt's Ketchup, 4 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp packed

Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients, but in sprayed pan (8x8). Mix next 3 ingredients and put on top of meat. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes or until done.
