Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup diced onions
    4 garlic cloves diced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 bag Morningstar Farms meatless sausage crumbles
    1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
    2 cans cannellini beans (15 oz) with the liquid
    2 tbsp italian seasoning

Directions

Saute the garlic and onion in the olive oil until soft. Add the italian seasoning and let saute for a few more minutes. Add the sausage crumbles and saute for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and the 2 cans of beans with the liquid. Stir and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Optional: Serve with parmesan and crusty bread.
Makes 4 1.5-cup servings.
