Milk, 1%, 1 cup
Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, 1 tbsp
Lipton Pasta Sides Alfredo Whole Grain Blend Fettuccini (Whole bag=2 serv)unprepared, 8.6 oz
Broccoli, frozen, 2 package (10 oz)
Directions
Thaw broccoli. Cut into small pieces. Heat in microwave until warm through. Drain tuna and flake. Follow package directions to cook noodles. Combine all ingredients and heat through. Serve immediately.
