Introduction

A delicious blend of boneless skinless chicken, lime juice, cilantro, onions, parsley and mayo. A delicious blend of boneless skinless chicken, lime juice, cilantro, onions, parsley and mayo.

Ingredients

    16 oz boneless Cooked chicken cut in 1" pieces
    1/2 small onion, quartered
    1 celery stalk cut in 1" pieces
    1 cup mayo
    1 Tsp Country dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp dried tarragon
    12 Tsp fresh lime juice
    10 sprigs curly parsley
    10 sprigs cilantro
    Salt and Ground pepper to taste (I didn't use any)

Directions

Add lime juice and every thing but chicken and mayo to a small chopper and chop till fine texture.

In a blender or food processor add the mayo and the chopped mixture and blend til evenly mixed. Add the chicken and pulse till desired consistency is reached!

Makes 10 3 0z servings.
