Ingredients

    whole grain corn taco shells
    romaine lettuce
    sharp cheddar cheese
    lean ground turkey
    hot salsa

Directions

1. take a non-stick skillet and pray just a tad of oil in there. (i use olive oil spray, just about a second's worth of spray in the 10" skillet)
2. brown the turkey in a pan / put taco shells in toaster oven to heat up for aprox 2-3mins (keep an eye on them)
3. add taco seasoning + water
4. simmer
5. take all ingredients off heat. add meat, cheese, lettuce, taco sauce and hot salsa to taco shell and enjoy.

literally takes 10 minutes from when you start prep to when you're eating and its sooo good. :)
