Introduction

I need a pancake once in a while or I would die. So... while this isn't as tasty as an IHOP pancake, it will do your body better!! I need a pancake once in a while or I would die. So... while this isn't as tasty as an IHOP pancake, it will do your body better!!

Ingredients


    1 TBSP Vinegar
    1 TBSP Lemon Juice
    1/4 Skim Milk
    1/4 Cup Egg Beaters
    1/8 Cup Water
    2/3 Cup Heart Smart Bisquick
    1/8 Cup Splenda

Directions

Mix ingredients in order of listing, stirring them as you go until the lumps are gone. Heat your pan or griddle to medium-low heat and spray with cooking spray. Pour batter in about 1/4 cup sized increments. When batter starts to bubble through the middle of a pancake, it's time to flip the pancake. Cook until golden brown on both sides.

****You can add fruit into the batter like banana or berries. You can add cinnamon or vanilla into in the batter as well, or top with them things like honey or peanut butter. If you want just a plain low fat pancake you can eat them just like this with syrup or sugar free syrup.
