Ingredients

    2 cups black beans cooked or canned
    1 red roasted pepper
    1 medium oniom chopped
    1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp cumin
    2 tbsp of lemon juice
    2tbsp olive oil
    1 small jalapemno pepper chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix ingriedients together
Adjust seasonings to your taste
Can be refridgerated for a few days
Great with frilled meats or fish
Also can be eaten by itself as a meal or a snack
