Ingredients

-1 package Great Value reduced fat cressent rolls
-6 cups cored and chopped apples (I leave the skins on for vitamins)
    -1/2 C canned pumpkin like Libby's
    -1/4 C or 30 g chopped walnuts like Diamond
    -1T lite brown sugar
    -1/4 t pumpkin spice

Directions

---Press the cressent rolls evenly and smoothly around the bottom of a 9" glass pie pan.

---Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl well and pour in the cressent crust.

---Cook in a heated 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until the edges get golden brown and then cover and cook another 20 or so minutes until the apples are tender, making sure the crust isn't getting too crispy. Take out and keep covered for about 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

--Enjoy!!
