Introduction

This is a super easy recipe and it's so yummy! I made this because I was tired of turkey and cheese sandwiches. This is a super easy recipe and it's so yummy! I made this because I was tired of turkey and cheese sandwiches.

Ingredients

    Mayonaise, 4 tbsp
    Pickle Spear, 2
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tbsp
    Hard Boiled Egg, 4 large
starkist chunk light Tuna in water (3 oz)

Directions

Boil the eggs and once the're done just throw all the ingredients into a tupperware bowl (you'll want to save for lunches) and mix it up. I really did the mustard to taste but it looked about 2 tbsp but I would start with one so that it isn't too salty. This will easily make 4 sandwiches. I used Sara Lee 100% whole wheat bread wich is about 70 calories.
