Ingredients

MEATBALLS
3/4 lb. 93% lean ground beef
1 lg. egg
1/4 c. 2% milk
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. minced garlic
SOUR CREAM SAUCE
1 tbsp. Land O Lakes Fresh Buttery Taste Spread
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. College Inn Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp. salt
dash ground nutmeg
1/4 c. Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Thoroughly mix all ingredients listed for the meatballs. Roll into 1" meatballs and place on rack on top of baking sheet. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until done and fat is extracted. Remove from oven and wipe excess fat off of meatballs.
While meatballs are in the oven, start sauce by melting buttery spread in a saute pan. Stir in flour, and cook until bubbly. Remove from heat, and whisk in all remaining sauce ingrediesnts except for sour cream. Add meatballs, and put back on heat. Cook and stir 2-5 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in sour cream. Serve alone as an appetizer, or over 1 cup of cooked egg noodles as a dinner. Serves 4.
