Ingredients

    Boneless skinless chicken breasts (about four good sized ones)
    1 can of cream of celery soup
    1 can of cream of chicken soup
    basil
    cilantro
    2 cups of brown rice
    2 cups of frozen broccoli

Directions

spread rice across the bottom of the Crock pot
sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top and mix it into the dried rice
place a layer of broccoli then the layer the chicken breasts on top
one more layer of broccoli
Mix both the cream of chicken and the cream of celery together with one cup of milk and the cilantro and basil (and any other spices you would like to add) pour over the top and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
