Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Cups Pinto Beans cooked done
    2 cups chopped onion
    2 cups Bell Pepper chopped
    1 lb Lean ground beef, turkey or chicken.
    3 tbsp Chili Powder
    2 tbsp Cummin
    2 Tbsp Garlic powder.
    1 tbsp salt
    ! tsp Pepper
    8 Cups Whole, diced or crushed tomatoes in tomato Juice

Directions

Add ground beef and peppers and onions to pot. Saute over med-hi heat till beef is done and vegitables are opaque.
Add cooked beans and all other ingredients to pot and simmer for 30 Minutes.
Makes about 15 1 cup servings
