Can just have one piece for less cals!! I chose very small thin pieces of pork at the store. Also, put slighty more than required for your dredging station for easier breading and just toss the rest away. Can just have one piece for less cals!! Ingredients

*Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised, 10 oz (remove)
egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)
*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup (remove)
*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .2 cup (remove)
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Heat pan with olive oil.
Salt & Pepper pork - can also add other spices for flavor such as paprika
Dredge pork in flour, then egg white, then bread crumbs (I always use flavored bread crumbs.)
Put into pan... there should be a good sizzle.
Cook until golden brown on each side.
Put on paper towel to drain any excess oil.
