Ingredients

    16 oz potatoes, lg chopped
    22 oz broccoli florets
    1 med onion, chopped
    3 10.5 cans chicken broth low sodium soup (Campbells)
    1/2 cup reduced sodium mild cheddat cheese, shredded (Sargentos)
    1 cup FF evaporated milk (Milnot)

Directions

Chop potatoes into lg chunks
Chop onion into lg chunks
Place all ingredients except for cheese and milk into slow cooker. Cook on high about 1 hr then reduce to low for another 6-7 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Add cheese and milk about 30 min before serving so cheese can melt and milk heats through.
If you want it thicker use a stick blender to blend or a potato masher.

Make approx (8) 1 cup servings
