A classic korean dish. Excellent when grilled. A classic korean dish. Excellent when grilled.
Number of Servings: 4


    1/2 lb short rib or flank steak
    1/4 soy sauce
    1 tsp rice vinegar
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1 tsp sesame oil
    4 cloves garlic
    1 scallion


Cut the meat into 4-5 oz strips. Add to a bowl. Add all marinade ingredients. Let marinade overnight.

Grill, or heat over a pan at medium high heat. Cook to desired doneness.

Serve with rice or Korean spicy potatoes, and steamed veggies.
