Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 Package of strawberries
    1 package of spring greens
    1/2 package of craisins
    2 tablespoons of vinegar

Directions

1. Cut off the outside of the strawberries (saving the cores) save about 1/2 the package.
the outside of the strawberries will be used for the salad, the cores will e used for the dressing.
2. Cut the remaining half into fourths or however desired.
3. Place the cores in the blender and add 2 tablespoons of vinegar. You can add a few slices for color if you'd like.
4. In a large bowl pour in the salad mix, strawberry outsides, strawberry slices, and craisins.
5. Pour in salad dressing and mix or serve on the side.

1. Add chicken
2. Add nuts
3. Add berries or in-season fruit
4. Remove craisins
