Ingredients

1/4 cup Great Value Pizza Sauce
3 slices Land O Frost Canadian Bacon
1 cup Great Value Mozarella Cheese, Shredded
1/2 cup Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
12 oz. Jennie-O Turkey Burger
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9" x 9" baking pan, place the turkey burger. Spread it evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. This will serve as the "crust". Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
2. Once slightly cooled, put the pizza sauce on the "crust" of turkey burger. Spread it evenly. Then, put about 3/4 of the cheese onto the turkey burger "crust". Add your toppings (this recipe calls for mushrooms and Canadian bacon, but you can use whatever toppings you enjoy). The put the remaining 1/4 cup of mozzarella on.
3. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cut into quarters. Enjoy!
